seats 8 comfortably that looks out of a bay window that catches the
morning sun making this a great place to start your day over
breakfast.

variety of games and dvds, and also leads out through large patio
doors opening onto the pool area with lanai.
The private pool to the rear of the villa is heated, when necessary,
and has a spa pool to relax in after a busy day. There are 4 sun
loungers on the extended deck area to catches the best of the day's
sun and the lanai offers a shady retreat for relaxing lunches and
evening cocktails.
Games room has Pool Table , Football table , Electronic Darts.
There is a utility room which has washer and tumble dryer.
