Courtrey Villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a pool and spa. Two
en-suite master bedrooms both with king size beds. The pool, with spa,
has an extended deck area for sunbathing and enjoys sun throughout the
year. There is air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen, games room
and broadband, with Wi-Fi also available.
The living room is large, comfortable and is tastefully furnished with
plenty of seating including a queen size sofa. It has a large TV with
DVD/Video/CD player. We also have cable TV & DVD's in all bedrooms.
There are books/videos/DVD’s/board games/cards all provided
A large pool area to relax in and soak up the sun. With a child safety
fence, spa and extended deck area so your family can relax in comfort
and safety, with sunshine all through the year.
A fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and four-ring hob,
microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer including an ice maker,
coffee maker, electric tin opener, blender. There is also a washing
machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.
A fun games room with a full size pool table, foosball (table
football) and electronic dart board.
The 2 twin bedrooms are decorated to a high standard, with a theme
room for the youngsters including Cars, Pirates of the Caribbean &
Pooh & friends.
