Brand New for 2007 this four bed roomed
three bath roomed villa is the ideal place to spend you Orlando
vacation at.
Not overlooked at the rear you are guaranteed complete privacy plus
the added bonus of the sun all day from early morning to late evening.
Enjoy a cool relaxing swim, and a wallow in the spa after a busy day
at the parks or shopping . Sit in the shade if it gets too hot,
sipping your favourite drink, whilst watching the sun go down.
With four bedrooms & three bathrooms our villa can accommodate up to
ten guests.
The villa offers the following
facilities:
Two master bedrooms both with super king sized beds, ample wardrobe
space and en-suites--one en - suite has discreet grab bars fitted to
the shower area.
Both these bedrooms lead out onto our extended pool and patio area
through their own private doors.
Bedrooms three and four have twin bedded rooms with an adjoining
bathroom [with shower, bath and toilet]
All bedrooms have televisions with built in DVD players.
Hairdryers are also supplied. Plus ample towels for guest use at the
villa.
We have a large lounge with three, two and single seater suite. Large
television giving cable programmes also a variety of DVD’s for you
watch on the DVD player.
The kitchen and morning room are set separately from the lounge where
you will find a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod-cons you
require--dishwasher, American fridge freezer cooker and all crockery
and utensils.
The morning room overlooks the front bay of the villa where we have
our large dining table with seating for 8 people.
Our utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer for your
use and leading off this room you will find
Our fully fitted games room. In here we
have a 7 foot pool table, Electric Basketball, Foosball and electronic
Darts [rubber tipped darts!]
We have made our villa disabled friendly by incorporating sloping
pathways into and out of the villa, added grab bars to the master
en-suite, supplied a shower chair for those who require assistance and
have larger door entries into the rooms.
We also have Wi-Fi installed for those with laptops and offer free
international calls to our guests.
