This modern luxury villa has 2 master
bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, king size beds and direct access
to the pool deck.
The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have
flatscreen TV/DVDs with cable channels and ceiling fans. High speed
secure wireless internet access is available throughout the villa.
The family room includes as part of the furnishings a queen size 3
seat sleeper/sofa (that provides additional sleeping space if
required) a 50in TV with Blu-ray DVD player, DVDs and Netflix
instant films. It looks out through large sliding doors on to the
patio and pool area.
The villa has a large fully fitted kitchen including a
fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher and a wide range of
appliances. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area that extends
into the front bay and seats 8 comfortably.
Solar pool and spa heating is included at no extra charge. Optional
(fast) gas heating for the pool and spa heating is available. This
is recommended for the pool in winter and allows the spa to be used
as a hot tub.
The covered patio has a ceiling fan and there is both patio and pool
lighting for evening use of the pool.
There is a utility room with washer and tumble dryer.
A games room with fans/additional lighting, a 7ft pool table, air
hockey, Nintendo Wii console/games, toy & games box, and an
electronic dartboard.
A cot, high chair and pushchair/stroller are provided as standard
(additional children’s requirements can usually be met if
requested).
Finally, for your security, the property is fitted with a
fire/intruder security system and a small safe for your valuables.
For child safety the pool/spa area is fitted with a child safety
fence, all doors to the pool area are fitted with high level locks
and the games room has cushioned flooring.
