prestigious gated community Calabay Parc at Tower Lake.
Only 15 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and Sea
World and 35 minutes from Orlando Intl Airport, this stylish villa is
ideally located just off the popular US27 and near to the I-4 which
will whisk you effortlessly to the Atlantic Beaches of Daytona, and
Cocoa Beach, and the tranquil Gulf Coast near Tampa, consisting of
Clearwater and St Petersburg Beach resorts amongst others. These
beaches are all within one hour’s drive, as is the unmissable Kennedy
Space Centre, and mysterious and wild Bush Gardens.

happy.
If you decide to dine in, the large kitchen contains everything you
could possibly need, including an American sized fridge freezer with
ice making machine.
Adjacent to the open plan kitchen, is a
lovely dining room, complete with large bay window.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and also has a utility room with a
separate oversized washer and dryer.
There also is a computer and wireless broadband internet access, as
well as free US and Canadian calls.
All linen, towels, pool towels are provided.
Last but not least is the fabulous pool area, which has an extended
deck, and upgraded pool and spa package, superior pool furniture for
your utmost comfort, a welcoming spa for those aching limbs after a

has underwater lighting and optional heating and has a safety guard,
if required, for the safety of young children.
