Executive 4 bed villa with games room
Minniehaha villa is brand new for 2007 and has many features you will
not find in most villas, situated in the gated community of Tower
Lake.
The furniture has been up graded for
your comfort. You can enjoy those lazy days by the pool, or large
screen TV in living room with DVD player all connected to cable with
HD picture quality from a 42” plasma TV.
You will have a fully equipped kitchen
with dish washer, micro wave, waste disposal unit, large American
Fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser.
Just off the kitchen you have a laundry
room with washer and dryer everything you need is right here.
Both master bedrooms have en-suite
facilities and private entrances on to the pool area. All bedrooms
have cable TV and walk in wardrobes.
In the den you can entertain the kids on
the Sony Play Station 2 (full library of games) while you chat to
family and friends back home on the PC with high speed Internet.
The two twin bedded rooms have again
been furnished to a high standard with cable TV and DVD players one
room has a Disney theme.
As you can see from the picture the
games room has full size pool and table tennis table with a kid safe
dart board. Fans have been installed to keep room temperature
comfortable and of course the villa is fully air conditioned and if
that's not enough you can always take a dip in the pool complete with
spa and fibre optic lights.
The pool and spa are not overlooked at
the rear and has privacy shrubs and trees at both sides.
We also have mountain bikes if you wish
to use them.
