This luxurious villa offers a large living space, with 2 master
bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities and a further bathroom shared
by bedrooms 3 and 4, making the villa ideal for sharing with extended
family or friends. The villa boasts a large free form pool with
Jacuzzi, along with an extended sundeck for sunbathing or lazing
about.
Family Room
The family room is at the centre of the property with direct access to
the pool area is luxuriously carpeted and offers comfortable seating
and cable TV. There is access to the kitchen and bedrooms from this
part of the villa.
Dining Room
Adjoining the kitchen, the dining room boasts a private dining area
ideal for a relaxed and comfortable evening meal with family and
friends.
Kitchen
The large kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need;
it really is a home from home. Expect to find a large US style
fridge/freezer, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher and all the
crockery and cutlery you will need.
Located next to the kitchen is the breakfast nook seating area which
is an ideal area to enjoy that quick breakfast, lunch or bit to eat
during the day.
The kitchen is also the location for the broadband internet. Should
you not have wireless capability there is a wired outlet for you in
this area.
Master Bedroom 1
This beautiful room overlooks the pool area. It has a King size bed,
cable TV and a walk in wardrobes. It also contains a Large ensuite
bathroom complete with separate WC, his and hers sinks, a large sunken
pool style bathtub and large double shower. There is direct access
from this room to the pool area.
Master Bedroom 2
This beautiful room again overlooks the pool area. It has a Queen
sized bed, wardrobes and an Ensuite Bathroom which offers a sink and
WC and shower. There is direct access from this room to the pool area.
Bedroom 3 & Bedroom 4
These rooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The third bathroom is
situated between bedrooms 3 and 4 for easy access from both rooms.
Family Bathroom
This is situated between bedrooms 3 and 4. It has a sink, bath/shower
and Bathroom WC.
Laundry
The Laundry room has a large washing machine and tumble dryer, so why
take all your washing home with you? There is also an ironing board
and iron.
Pool and Deck Area
The pool and deck area boasts a westerly and southerly aspect due to
the villas position on a corner plot, thus enjoying the Floridian
sunshine all day long. The whole area is screened to keep insects out
and children in. A child safety fence is provided, to screen off the
pool from your little ones when it is not in use. The large, Curved L
shaped pool also includes a spa tub, very useful for unwinding after a
hard day on your feet. The pool deck has been extended, allowing
plenty of room for sunbathing. There is also a covered lanai (porch)
with ceiling fan, for when you need to get out of the Florida sun and
cool down. Pool furniture is provided in terms of table and chairs for
