Our beautiful new luxury villa offers
the opportunity for a comfortable and memorable holiday. The villa is
air conditioned and tastefully furnished, including 2 sleeper sofas, a
Playstation 3, 32" LCD HDTV and a Disney-themed bedroom for the young
(or young at heart).
The main living area is open plan and boasts a great view of the pool
area from the living room. The kitchen & dining area are easily
accessible from the living areas, creating a light and airy feel,
especially when combined with the high ceilings. However, if it is
privacy you want, the den is a great retreat and every bedroom is
comfortably furnished, as well as having a TV, DVD player and cable TV
in every bedroom - a great place to unwind!
The games room is fully carpeted and has a range of fun activities to
keep the kids and adults happy. In the games room, you'll find a pool
table, a mini-pool table, foosball table, air-hockey, board games,
electronic darts board and a table & chairs to relax. This is a great
room to spend some time together as a family or as a getaway.
The villa has 4 bedrooms - 2 master double bedrooms with ensuite
bathrooms and walk-in closets and 2 twin bedrooms that share a
bathroom. As mentioned, all bedrooms have TV, DVD and cable, as well
as closets and plenty of drawer-space. All rooms are comfortably
furnished and air-conditioned. As a bonus, both master bedrooms have
doors leading out onto the lanai and pool area. Kids of all ages will
love the Disney-themed room with its pictures, stickarounds, toys and
accessories. For those who prefer Universal Studios, there's also a
SpongeBob TV and DVD in this room too!
On the outside, the pool area and lanai and great features. The lanai
has a ceiling fan to help you cool off and a table and 4 chairs to
help you soak up the Floridian atmosphere. The fully-screened pool is
L-shaped and south-facing, measuring approx 23ft X 16ft and has a spa
attached - this is the best place to unwind after a hard day's
shopping or theme parks. There is also an extended deck area complete
with 4 sun loungers, so you can work on the all-important tan in
comfort. For safety, the pool has a removable security fence to make
sure everyone can enjoy the villa in safety. The pool and spa can be
heated if required for an extra fee.
For those travelling with young children, we've tried to make your
stay as hassle-free as possible. There is a travel cot, high-chair and
stroller provided free of charge. Also, as a safety feature, all
low-level electrical sockets have been fitted with covers.
