All essential amenities, shops, fast food, banks and gas stations are
all within 2-3 minutes drive.
Located off Highway 27 5 miles south of junction 55 on the I4
(interstate 4) Tower Lake is easily accessed with good roads allowing
Disney to reached in 20 minutes and Universal Studios in 35 minutes.
Orlando International Airport is also within 30 minutes.
Golfers are well catered, with Southern Dunes 3 minutes away and at
least 40 more excellent courses within 20 -30 mins.
In addition to Disney, Universal and other Orlando attractions our
villa is ideally situated for Cypress Gardens and Fantasy of Flight.
Busch Gardens is about 45 minutes drive on the way to Tampa.
A new Shopping Mall, Posner Park is under construction and Wal-Mart,
Walgreens, McDonalds, Burger King, Blockbuster are with a 3 minute
drive.
Master Bedroom with US king size bed, en suite offers his and hers
hand basins, deep corner bath, large shower cubicle and separate w.c.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed & en-suite facilities both
Master & Second bedrooms have direct access to pool area. Both have
TV’s
The Third & fourth bedrooms are fitted with two single beds and share
the third bathroom which has a bath, with shower, hand basin and w.c.
