VILLA AURORA
Our house will accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. It has 4
bedrooms, a master with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a
shower and large corner bath. A second master with queen size bed
and en-suite shower. There are 2 twin bedrooms which share a
bathroom. Every bedroom has its own cable T.V. with over 90
channels. There is also additional sleeping in the second sitting
room on a sofa bed.
There is a kitchen with all the modern appliances including stove,
refrigerator and microwave oven, breakfast nook/dining area, double
garage, formal living area and a separate living area for the
children which contains a sofa bed for additional guests. In
addition there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble
dryer iron and ironing board. It is fully air conditioned and has
air heat for the cooler months if required. There is a hairdryer.
The property also has a south facing screened pool with extended
deck area including sun loungers and seating. There is a covered
lanai with a fan above the seating area, the deck area has lighting
including a light in the pool for swimming after sunset. The pool is
surrounded by a child safety fence for added security and peace of
mind.
The villa has WiFi installed, is password protected and is free to
all guests.
Within a 2 minute drive there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart and other shops
and there is an abundant choice of restaurants and fast food places.
Along HW27 by the I4 is the Posner shopping center with Target, Best
Buy, JC Penny, Dicks, Belk and much more. Going East on the I4 you
can get to all major attractions in the area:- Disney theme parks
are 20 minutes drive. Seaworld/Discovery cove and Aquatica is 25
minutes drive. Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure is 30-40
minutes drive. Busch Gardens Tampa is 50 minutes drive going West on
I4. Golf courses are local, Southern Dunes 2 minutes drive and
Champions Gate 10 minutes drive.
