Wonderfully located the whole area is exciting and vibrant with many
amenities, attractions and other features only a short car ride
away. The opportunity of swimming in the Atlantic Ocean to the east
or the Gulf of Mexico to the west are about an hour away by car.
Swimming Pool Spa and Sun Deck
The fully equipped southwest facing pool area and spa has an
extended & covered lanai and sun deck and is conveniently accessed
via patio doors from both the lounge, master bedroom suite 1 and
breakfast area. There is extra protection for the children by way of
screening in front of the pool & spa. Here is a wonderful place to
spend those relaxed evenings by the pool watching the sun set and
drinking your favourite beverage after a long day at the Theme
Parks. You can sit in the lanai under the ceiling fan and indulge in
al fresco dining overlooking the pool with its underwater lighting.
Lounge
The open plan lounge is carpeted and opens directly out onto the
pool & spa through fully glazed sliding doors. You can also watch
the sunset from the comfort of your armchair while watching a TV
programme from a vast selection of cable channels (including
hundreds of HD channels) on a fantastic LCD/HDTV flat screen TV.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer with ice
making machine, dishwasher, microwave, luxury ceramic top hob with
oven, waste disposal unit, electric kettle, toaster and breakfast
bar. It is easily accessed from the breakfast room, lounge & dining
rooms. The kitchen is conveniently located for you can to see the
pool and spa area (useful for keeping an eye on children)
Games Room
The garage has been converted into a games room where you can have
fun playing on the pool table, table football, playing darts or
tuning up your body on the exercise equipment provided (running and
cycle machines). Seating is also provided.
Bedrooms
Downstairs and directly accessible to the pool & spa area is the
master bedroom suite 1 with KING size bed and an adjacent walk-in
wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, twin
wash-hand basins, corner bath and separate toilet. Here you will
find the hairdryer and plenty of wall mirrors. Master Suite 2 is
located upstairs with en-suite facilities, KING size bed and walk-in
wardrobe. Also upstairs are two other twin bedded bedrooms with
Jack & Jill bathroom (bathroom directly accessed from either
bedroom), d the fifth bedroom has sole use of a separate bathroom
which can also be used via the upstairs landing.
All bedrooms are fitted with TVs & DVD/CD players
