The open plan ground floor consists of a carpeted family room with

theatre system!! There is a ceiling fan for your added comfort and
patio doors out to the south facing pool deck.
Dining Area
Our dining area has a formal dining table for 8 guests and 2 seats at
the breakfast bar to you all to dine together! A sideboard houses a
selection of books and CD’s/DVD’s and PS2 Games. There is a
conveniently placed desk for you to place your lap top and access the
complimentary WI-FI connection
Kitchen
The extended fully-fitted kitchen with breakfast bar includes a full
size cooker, microwave, large side by side fridge freezer with ice
maker/ watercooler, dishwasher and enough pots, pans and china to
prepare everything from a snack to a gourmet meal!
Games Room
For those times when you just need to relax! Step into our
professionally converted games room. We have quality equipment
consisting of a pool table, table football, (fooseball), air hockey
and electronic darts awaits you. For the less energetic we have giant
chess and dominoes!!
Utility Room
The utility room houses a large family washing machine, dryer and all
the household items that you might need. We also have a convenient
separate toilet and vanity basin.
Master suite 1 (ground floor)
Step out onto the patio with your morning coffee after a restful sleep
in the king-size bed or relax watching the flat screen TV with DVD
player. This enormous room with, telephone, alarm clock radios,
hairdryers and walk in wardrobes has its own en-suite bathroom with
corner tub and walk in shower. Ideal for the disabled and families
needing somewhere to place a cot.
Master suite 2 (first floor)
This striking bedroom is tastefully furnished with a king sized bed
with overhead ceiling fan, dressing table, flat screen TV, DVD player,
telephone, hairdryer, alarm clock radios and large walk in closet.
This bathroom also has a walk in shower, wash basin and toilet.
Master suite 3
This bedroom has a queen sized bed, dressing table, flat screen TV/DVD
player, telephone, alarm clock radios and walk in closet. This
bedrooms bathroom consisting of a walk in shower, toilet and wash
basin can also be accessed from the landing by unlocking the landing
door.
Twin Room 1
This spacious twin room is beautifully co-ordinated in a ‘Mickey and
Friends’ theme. There are framed pictures, a bedside cabinet and lamp
and on the chest of draws sits a Mickey Mouse TV/DVD player.
Delightful for children of all ages and or course the young at heart!
This room can also be made into an en-suite by stepping through an
integral door to a ‘seaside’ bathroom with, tub, overhead shower,
basins and toilet.
Twin Room 2
This is also a spacious room beautifully co-ordinated in ‘Winnie the
Pooh’ colours. It also has pictures, a bedside cabinet, lamp and a
Winnie the Pooh TV/DVD sits on the chest of draws.
This room can also be made en-suite by stepping through an integral
door to the ‘seaside’ theme bathroom.
Exterior
Look out onto our private landscaped garden from our extended pool
deck while you relax in the sun or shade. Take a dip in the south
facing 30’ X 15’ pool or sit in the spa and watch the outside TV!!! We
enough quality padded furniture for ALL our guests. There is a BBQ and
large table for dining alfresco with a ceiling fan for when the going
gets too hot!!
A pool fence is provided for your additional safety. Pool and spa
heating is advisable in the cooler months
