This magnificent 'Sequoia' villa boasts
almost 3000 square feet of living space, is tastefully decorated and
air-conditioned throughout, accommodates up to 12 people and is ideal
for the larger family or two families sharing. The villa is brand new,
situated on a large corner plot and is the ideal base for your Florida
holiday.
The large private swimming pool includes an extended sun deck with spa
and shaded lanai, water jets and impressive 'S.A.M' coloured lights.
There is also a large barbeque and poolside dining area for al-fresco
dining. Inside the villa there is a large open plan living area and in
addition to the 5 bedrooms there is a Den, complete with a host of
entertainment facilities, a brand-new games room with pool table,
air-hockey and foosball (table-football), two dining areas and a
computer workstation with free broadband internet access.
Family Room
The large open-plan family room includes a large plasma screen TV, DVD
player and hi-fi with ipod doc. The family room includes luxury
furniture and furnishings and has direct access to the pool area lanai
(poolside shaded area).
Kitchen
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the utensils and equipment
you will need if you are preparing a large meal .... or simply
preparing a cool drink for beside the pool! There is a Cooker,
Microwave, Dishwasher, Large Fridge/Freezer with ice machine, large
kettle, and even a teapot for those tea drinkers amongst us. There is
also a breakfast bar, kitchen dining table, large pantry and walk-thru
storage area.
Dining Room
Adjacent to the Family room, the dining room includes a large luxury
dining table and chairs, with plenty of space for high chairs if
required.
Master Suite 1
The First master suite (Ground floor) features a large American
King-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, Large En-Suite bathroom with twin
basins, large bathtub and a wet room. There is a flat-screen TV with
cable and a DVD Player.
Master Suite 2
The Second master suite (Ground floor) features a Queen size bed,
large wardrobes, En-Suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is a
flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD Player
Master Suite 3
The Third master suite (Upper floor) features a large American
King-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, Large En-Suite bathroom with shower.
There is a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD Player.
Twin Room 1 (The Mickey Room)
The Mickey Room (Upper floor) is tastefully decorated in the theme of
Mickey and Minnie mouse and all your favourite Disney characters. It
also features a shared bathroom with bathtub and shower, a walk in
wardrobe and TV with built in DVD Player.
Twin Room 2 (The Nemo Room)
The Nemo Room (Upper floor) is decorated in the theme of Disney-Pixars
'Finding Nemo'. It features a shared bathroom, wardrobes and a TV with
built in DVD Player.
The Den
The Den (Ground Floor) can be used as an alternative lounge,
'children's room', or 6th Bedroom as required. It features a fold-out
bed/settee, large TV with PS2 and many games.
Games Room
Our large garage has undergone a conversion into a fully
air-conditioned games room. It features a pool table, air hockey,
foosball (table football) and electronic darts (child safe). The games
room is sports themed and features sporting memorabilia and
flat-screen TV with cable television.
Laundry
The Laundry room includes a large washing machine and tumble dryer.
Pool Area
The Pool area has an extended sun deck which has the sun for the best
part of the day, and also a shady lanai (covered area with ceiling
fan) should you need a break from topping up the tan, or just to relax
in the cool whilst watching the kids! The deck area is screened to
keep the insects out and is not overlooked, so you can be assured of
privacy. The Large 'L' shaped pool features poolside fun water jets
(can be adjusted or turned off if required), colour changing pool
lights for those evenings by the pool, and a spa (hot tub). The pool
can be heated for an additional charge during the cooler months if
required. There is a pool safety-fence if needed, and also there is a
large gas barbecue and luxury pool side furniture and dining table for
al-fresco dining.
