Our luxurious 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom villa is superbly positioned on a
large corner lot close to the lake. It is fully air conditioned, there
is a sparkling heated pool, spa, extended sunny deck and shaded lanai
and we provide luxury poolside furniture and sun loungers for you to
relax on.
Tower Lake Florida Villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people and has 3
master bedrooms, all have king beds, cable TV's/DVD and en-suite
bathrooms (2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor). The
sleeping accommodation is further made up of 2 twin bedded rooms
(first floor). We provide, a crib, high chair, bed linen, towels and
hairdryers.
There are 3 dining areas, a breakfast area with table, stools and
breakfast bar, a shaded outside lanai for those poolside snacks and a
more formal setting in the dining room for those special evening
meals.
The villa has a large comfortable lounge with cable TV and DVD player.
The family room/den, has cable TV and PlayStation 2. There is a fully
equipped kitchen and the laundry facilities can be found in the
utility room.
Computer and Wi-Fi high speed internet are provided for your use and
the garage has been converted into a full games room with pool table,
air hockey and table football. There is parking for 2 cars on the
driveway.
